Requirements
Java Web Application Developer Requirements:

1. Strong skills in Core JAVA, J2EE Technologies
2. Fluency with web standards and technologies, including: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SQL AJAX, JSP, Servlets, XUL, XAML, Flash and other web technologies
3. Good understanding in web design / development
4. Good understanding in RDBMS concepts and high level designing database (oracle / Mysql) application experience
5. Good understanding on Front-end and Middle-tier using J2EE technologies with backend as database (Oracle / Mysql) using application servers such as WebSphere, Weblogic and Apache Tomcat.
6. Must possess great written and verbal skills.
7. Must be a good team player and able to work independently.
8. Must have strong experience with web development.
