Located on the Alaska Native Medical Center campus in Anchorage, Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is a nonprofit Native healthcare with a unique model of care.

We currently have an opening for a 'Healthcare Data Analyst.' This person will be responsible for data mining, analysis, and statistical reporting of information to support healthcare operations, research, and regulatory requirements using structured query language (SQL).

Candidates are encouraged to have a Bachelor's degree in information technology/management, statistics, finance and/or healthcare related field; or a combination of equivalent training/education and experience.
The ideal candidate will possess most of the following:
* Experience querying large Oracle and Microsoft SQL server databases using a variety of tools to include SQL Server Management Studio, TOAD or similar products.
* Experience writing Transact SQL and/or Oracle SQL queries and stored procedures
* Experience and knowledge of healthcare codification vocabularies
* Experience with Cerner Millennium (CCL code)
* Experience using Cerner's PowerInsight EDW Warehouse
* Experience with report writing in Business Objects and/or SQL Server Reporting Services Reporting tools
* Experience building charts, graphs and other dashboard and scorecard objects
* Experience querying Cerner Profit Financial Data
* Experience using Microsoft Office
