Job Accounting - Temporary/Contract-to-Hire, Los Angeles based Entertainment company with multiple platforms is seeking a Degreed Staff Accountant with Restaurant experience to join their growing dynamic team. The Duties of the Staff Accountant are:
Record daily transactions into accounting system (Compete); Create manual journal entries as needed and maintain supporting documents; Reconcile general ledger accounts and research and resolve discrepancies; process credit card transactions; Analyze transactions, identify and correct inaccuracies; Maintain month-end reporting schedule. The ideal Staff Accountant will have a BA or BS in (Accounting, Finance or Economics), have at least 3 years of experience, and have Restaurant experience. Experience with Compete is a Huge Plus!
